Outflow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Outflow (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your download, installation, and use of Outflow (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Outflow is a casual arrow-exit puzzle game. Features may include gameplay, local progress saving, Hints, sound settings, and optional rewarded or interstitial ads (for example, revive, Hint refill, and post-clear interstitials). We may update levels, features, or ad placements from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

The App currently does not require account registration.
If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you should use the App only with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.
You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Except as permitted by law, you may not:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
Bypass security or technical limits, or use cheats, bots, or automation that interfere with gameplay
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other notices

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity
Interfere with servers, ad systems, or other users’ enjoyment of the App
Abuse rewarded-ad mechanics to obtain benefits improperly
Distribute malware or engage in harmful network activity

We may restrict features or refuse service if we detect violations.

5. Ads & In-App Benefits

The App may display third-party ads. Ad content is provided by advertisers or platforms; we do not warrant ad content.
Watching rewarded ads may grant in-app benefits (such as revive or extra Hints). These benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable for real currency unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Ad availability depends on network conditions and the ad platform. We do not guarantee that an ad will fill or that a reward will always be granted.

6. Progress & Data

Progress is stored locally on your device by default. Changing devices, clearing data, reinstalling, or system failures may cause loss of progress. We do not guarantee permanent storage or cross-device sync unless we later offer and describe such a feature.

7. Intellectual Property

The App—including level design, art, audio, text, trademarks, logos, and related code—is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property ownership to you.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your particular needs
All defects will be corrected
Third-party ads, links, or services will always be available, accurate, or harmless

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (or zero if the App is free), except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services, including Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties’ terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on information handling.

11. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree, stop using the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
