Welcome to Outflow (the “App”), operated by Outflow (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and does not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts.

1.1 Local Game Data (on your device)

Level progress, unlock status, and star ratings
Remaining Hint counts
Preferences such as sound on/off
Local counters related to ad frequency (for example, clears since last interstitial)

This data is stored locally on your device by default. Uninstalling the App may delete local data.

1.2 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

The App shows rewarded video and interstitial ads via Google AdMob (for example, revive, Hint refill, and post-clear interstitials). Ad partners may collect or process:

Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA / AAID), where permitted or authorized
Device and app information (model, OS, app version)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded completion)
Information used for delivery, fraud prevention, and attribution (which may include coarse location processed under the ad partner’s policies)

On iOS, where cross-app tracking applies, we request permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). In applicable regions, we may show a consent form via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).

1.3 Analytics & Crash Diagnostics (Firebase)

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage, improve the App, and fix crashes. This may include:

Event metrics (such as level clear/fail, hint changes, and ad-flow events)
Crash logs and diagnostics (device model, OS version, app state snippets)
App-instance identifiers managed by Firebase SDKs (not used to identify you by name)

2. How We Use Information

Provide and maintain gameplay features (progress, hints, sound)
Serve ads and grant rewarded-ad benefits
Analyze performance and improve levels and stability
Detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

Service providers: Google (AdMob, Firebase) and similar partners process data under their policies to provide ads, analytics, and crash reporting
Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

4. Storage & Security

Local progress is stored on your device. Data processed by third-party SDKs may be stored on their servers, which may be outside your country or region. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Retention

Local game data: retained while the App remains installed (or until you clear app data)
Advertising / analytics / crash data: retained according to the relevant provider’s retention practices

6. Your Choices & Rights

Reset your advertising identifier in system settings, or (on iOS) deny tracking permission
Manage personalized ads choices through consent UIs where available
Uninstall the App to stop further collection by the App
Depending on your location (for example GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing—contact us using the details below

7. Children’s Privacy

Outflow is a casual puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Ads may open third-party websites or apps. We do not control their practices; please review their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised effective date will appear on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means.
